At Auroud Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused perfume bottle in its original luxury box and wrap it securely in bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
